Carpaccio is a traditional Italian appetizer consisting of raw high quality fillet beef sliced paper-thin, drizzled with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and finished with capers, onions or olives.
We use only high quality fresh Australian Angus Fillet to make our Carpaccio.
