Cooking method for all grilled fish products:
Defrost the fish overnight in a closed package in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 minutes.
Remove the package and place the fish on a baking paper-lined baking sheet in the oven for 7-9 minutes at 230 ℃.
Cook some rice and vegetables on the side and enjoy your meal!
