Succulent Garlic Butter Grilled Patagonian King Prawns: A Royal Feast from the Sea

Indulge in the exquisite taste of Patagonian King Prawns with this simple yet mouth-watering recipe. Perfect for a backyard barbecue, dinner party, or a special night in, these prawns are sure to impress!
Ingredients:
•500g Patagonian King Prawns, deveined and shells removed (tails intact)
•4 cloves garlic, minced
•60g unsalted butter, melted
•30ml olive oil
•15g fresh parsley, chopped
•15ml fresh lemon juice
•Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Thread the prawns onto skewers and brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture.
4. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side, basting with the remaining garlic butter mixture as they cook.
5. Once the prawns are cooked through and have turned pink, remove them from the grill.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
