•4 Salmon Fillets from The Wild Seafood Collection, about 200g each
•Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Honey Garlic Glaze:
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•30ml soy sauce
•15ml lemon juice
•1 teaspoon cornstarch
•1 teaspoon water
•1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat until the honey has melted and the sauce is well combined.
4. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the saucepan and cook, stirring continuously, until the sauce has thickened slightly. Remove from heat.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown.

7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
