Ingredients:

•4 Sea Bass Fillets, about 150g each
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for searing

For the Lemon Herb Butter Sauce:

•60g unsalted butter, softened
•1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
•1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
•1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
•1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
•Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, chives, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

2. Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

4. Remove the fillets from the pan and transfer them to a serving plate.

5. Spoon a dollop of the lemon herb butter sauce over each fillet while still hot, allowing the butter to melt and create a delicious sauce.
