•50g white sesame seeds
•50g black sesame seeds
•30ml soy sauce
•15ml sesame oil
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for searing
1. In a shallow dish, mix the white and black sesame seeds. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and press each side into the sesame seed mixture to create a crust.
