This dish consists of delicious Norwegian salmon fermented in Japanese soya beans. The fermenting process elevates the taste of the characteristic Japanese flavors. Sake Saikyozuke goes perfectly with a glass of Chardonnay.

Cooking instructions
- Defrost the salmon vacuum in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Remove the package and place the fish on a baking paper-lined baking sheet in the oven for 7 minutes at 230 ℃.
