180g Black Angus Beef Stir Fry Strips
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, julienned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Cook Beef: Add the Black Angus beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stirring until tender-crisp.
Combine & Season: Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well-coated and heated through.
Serve: Serve hot over cooked rice and enjoy the burst of flavors!
