HOW TO COOK:
BLACK ANGUS YAKITORI
Welcome to another culinary adventure at The Ribeye Club, where we bring a fusion of tradition and quality to your table. Today, we're thrilled to introduce our latest addition - the Black Angus Yakitori. Perfect for those who love the simplicity of grilling yet crave the sophistication of gourmet flavors, these skewers promise a dining experience that is both delightful and memorable.
4 sticks of Black Angus Yakitori (300gr in total)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Optional: sesame seeds, sliced green onions for garnish
1. Marinate Your Yakitori:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Place the yakitori sticks in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Grill to Perfection: Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat, around 200°C (392°F). Remove the yakitori from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with the marinade for added flavor.
3. Garnish and Serve: Once grilled to perfection, transfer the yakitori onto a serving plate. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for an extra touch of flavor and presentation. Serve immediately.
