The Perfect T-Bone Steak:
Your Ultimate Cooking Guide


T-Bone steak is a showstopper on any dinner table. With its large size and distinguishing "T" shaped bone, it's a cut that is both flavorful and impressive. Here's our guide on how to cook it perfectly.


•1 T-Bone Steak from The Ribeye Club (approximately 1.5 inches thick)
•Salt and Pepper to taste
•2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
•2 cloves of Garlic
•A sprig of Fresh Rosemary
•2 tablespoons of Butter


1. Take your T-Bone steak out of the refrigerator at least an hour before you plan to cook it. This helps it to cook evenly.

2. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit).

3. Season both sides of your steak generously with salt and pepper.

4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat. Add the steak and sear it on one side for about 2 minutes, then flip and sear the other side.

5. Add the garlic, rosemary, and butter to the skillet, then place the skillet in your preheated oven.

6. Roast the steak in the oven for about 10-15 minutes for medium-rare doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer for precision.

7. Let your steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing to ensure the juices redistribute within the steak.
